  • When is he first time I place an Order? 
    • Orders are put in on the 1st and 15th of every month. 
  • Pre-orders go out every 30 days. 
  • Request your College Colors for an extra $5.
  • Do you offer products in sizes or options different than the options on your website?
    • Yes if you need anything over a 4XL please send us an email at Grow@HBCannU.com with your size request. We will provide you with a personalized link for your product. 
  • How do your shirts fit? 
    • Yes, the shirts fit true to size. If you order a Women's Large then you will get exactly that size. The shirts are fitted to the body. 
  • I placed an order but didn’t receive a confirmation. What do I do?
    • Send an email to connect@BlackInCannabis.com and we will take handle any of your problems immediately. 
  • When will I receive my order?
    • Orders are made on demand, you will receive your order within 5-12 business days. This depends upon the Product and what we have in stock or the style you want.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    • Yes, however rates are more expensive than Domestic.
  • Can I change or cancel my order, or update my shipping address?
    • All orders are final once submitted if there has been an error on our end then we will cancel it and refund your money. If you need to update your shipping address please send an email to Grow@HBCannU.com.
  • What shipping carrier and shipping methods are you using?
    • We use all shipping carriers USPS, UPS, Fed-Ex, & DHC. Standard Ground shipping, Rush orders will require more fee's for shipping. 
  • What happens if I don’t receive my order or my tracking link is not valid?
    • Contact us immediately to solve the issue. You may be eligible for a reward. 
  • I’m not happy with the product, what do I do?
    • If it is a printing error with the product we will be more than happy to replace that item free of charge anything other than printing errors. No refunds. 
  • What is your exchange, refund and return policies?
    • All orders are final if an error has occurred on our end we will replace your item free of charge. If things happen as if you don't like the way your shirt fits (sizing), we are not able to replace your item.
